COMPENSATION: $22.50/hour ($18.75/hr + $3.75/hr/diem non taxable)
AUTOMATIC INCREASE: $1.00/hour after 90 days & Getting Certified
INSURABLE DRIVER: +.50₵/Hour on hire
TRAVEL ZONE PAY: +$1-$2/hour depending on Zone. 
TRAVEL MILEAGE PAY: 10₵/15₵ per Mile round trip from the Job site (non-driver/driver)
TRAINING: Paid Hourly, No Charge to you
VEHICLES & MOTELS: Provided
SAFETY GEAR & TOOLS: Provided
TYPICAL WORKDAYS: Monday to Thursday with rare Friday
PAY CYCLE: WEEKLY on Fridays – Saturday to Friday. 

Asbestos labor employees with be taught how to cleanly and safely handle the removal of ACM (asbestos containing material) along with proper disposal technique.

Candidates that are best suited will be able to show up on time, work well with others, lift 50 pounds (75-100 pounds team lift), operate equipment ranging from floor machines to forklifts (will train as needed), travel around Montana (travel provided), work in dirty, wet, hot or cold environments (all weather conditions), and of course other duties as assigned.

Take and pass a Respirator Fit Test (usually 1/2 face 3M or North respirator). Questionnaire and fit test provided by IEI.

IEI pays for and pays you to take and pass a pre-employment physical. This includes cardio-pulmonary stress test, lead level, single view chest x-ray, PFT (Pulmonary Function Test), exam. A Doctor will make the decision if you are physically fit enough to wear a respirator.

Work under a variety of conditions including, confined spaces, extreme heights, crawl spaces, belly crawl, attics, very hot, very cold, wet, muddy, dusty, snowy, ice, humid, etc.

Employee’s must have the ability to; (all while wearing a respirator) lift and carry 50 lbs and team lift 75-100 lbs, work above the head, and on the ground, long periods of sitting, standing, kneeling, reaching, grasping, push, pull, bending, ascending and descending stairs while carrying loads, balance on boards, climbing and working from ladder, fine motor manipulation, full range manipulation all while potentially holding and using power tools in a safe manner.
